Resorts World At Sea operates a comprehensive loyalty programme for the one million customers of Genting Cruise Lines’ cruise ships across Asia. We were tasked to revamp the programme’s entire digital platform, consisting of a website and mobile apps in 3 languages. The work required an extensive overhaul of the programme’s back-end, and integrates several different applications from both within and without the company. Features include a smart itinerary search, custom promotions and different ways for customers to make bookings, including via online payment. More features are currently being planned as we continue working with Resorts World At Sea to further improve and extend the programme.
